Job Responsibilities

1、Upper-Body & Dual-Arm Manipulation – Develop high-precision, collision-free motion planning algorithms for robotic arms; implement dual-arm coordination, hand-eye coordination, and force-controlled grasping for complex tasks (e.g., opening doors, grasping irregular objects).
2、Mobile Manipulation & Whole-Body Control – Design integrated motion planning and control frameworks for mobile bases and manipulators; optimize stability and precision during mobile operation in narrow or dynamic environments.
3、Perception-Decision-Control Loop – Integrate multimodal sensor data (vision, LiDAR, force) into decision-making; build AI-based decision systems using reinforcement learning and imitation learning; deploy and optimize algorithms on real robots.

Job Requirements

1、Education & Experience – Master’s (3+ years) or PhD (1+ years) in CS, Robotics, ME, AI, or related fields from top-tier universities (e.g., Double First-Class, 211/985, QS200).
2、Core Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of robotics kinematics/dynamics, force/impedance control, grasp planning, and mobile manipulation challenges; proficient in C++/Python, ROS/ROS2, and Linux development/debugging.
3、Preferred Qualifications – Experience with humanoid robots or mobile manipulators; publications at top robotics conferences (RSS, ICRA, IROS, CoRL); proficiency in physics simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet); hands-on experience with RL, imitation learning, or VLA (long-horizon tasks, generalization, fine manipulation).
